    叄峇青江鱼仔辣椒是搭配椰浆饭的主角之一,无论配饭配面都超级好吃!

    Step 1

    Punten做法:将所有材料放在一起搅拌均匀,放入电饭煲煮熟。For Punten, put all the ingredient all together and stir well. Cooked in a rice cooker till completely done.

    Step 2

    煮熟后,将米饭压缩成实心,形成橄榄球状。Once done, compressed the rice until solid and make it like a rugby ball shape.

    Step 3

    叄峇江鱼仔辣椒做法:将洋葱、大蒜、小红辣椒和青辣椒加入少量水一起打成粗糙的泥状。For sambal ikan bilis hijau, blend onion, garlic, bird eye chilli and green chilli with a little bit of water. Blend roughly for a minute.

    Step 4

    热锅下油,煸炒叄峇辣椒糊直到散发出香味及干。Stir fry the blended ingredients with a cooking oil until smells nice and dry.

    Step 5

    加入半熟的江鱼仔和罗望子糊。Put the half-cooked anchovies and tamarind paste.

    Step 6

    调味并烹饪直到所有材料都熟透。Seasoned it well and cooked until all the ingredient fully cooked.

    Step 7

    Punten椰香饭搭配叄峇青江鱼仔辣椒一同享用。Punten ready to serve with sambal ikan bilis hijau.
